William Carpenter did an emergency roof inspection for us today because we've sold our home and to close Friday. Meanwhile there was a hail storm yesterday and buyer wanted proof of no damage. He didn't charge me for the inspection as his company had installed our roof a few years ago.

I would definitely recommend Ralph Carpenter roofing. I had an issue with defective shingles from a company called Atlas Shingles. Atlas required me, a senior citizen to provide them with full shingle samples from the roof and to mail the full shingle to their company. Carpenter roofing had one of their guys take care of this demand and his office paid the expense of postage and packaging on mailing the required two whole shingles to Atlas. Ralph Carpenter roofing sent his guy to my house four times to take care of issues that were requested on our filed case against Atlas. As a senior citizen, if I had to do this on my own, I would not have been able. Very thankful and grateful I chose Ralph Carpenter’s roofing company who went out of their way to assist me in this entire matter.

We just had our roof replaced by Ralph Carpenter Roofing and they did a wonderful job. When first searching for a roofer, we got three estimates and Ralph Carpenter was the most cost efficient of the three but also the most professional. Ralph and his son, William, came out and Ralph explained the process to me while William took measurements of the roof. They then gave an estimate on the spot-the other two companies sent their estimates days later.

Everyone was so helpful including Jo Jo in the office, Alberto and the whole crew. When I called to schedule the wind mitigation inspection the person at that company spoke very highly of the work that Ralph Carpenter does and even said she will be using them when the time comes. That speaks very highly of the quality of their work.

I’d highly recommend Ralph Carpenter Roofing! Don’t waste your time with other companies, hire the best!

We are so happy we found Ralph Carpenter Roofing for our roofing replacement. Ralph and his son came out for the initial estimate when other companies wouldn't come out to write an estimate. Ralph was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the whole roofing process. I was impressed and had peace of mind that SWR and the wind mitigation inspection was included in the estimate, when other companies were not including these things. All the guys working were kind and did a great job. I definitely recommend and would use again if we ever need another roofing contractor.

It was a real pleasure to work with the crew that put a new roof on our house. Colton communicated clearly and quickly to every question and request for clarity. His team worked consistently amidst the dodging of thunderstorms almost everyday. They took initiative to ask us when there were questions on their end and were very gracious in how they related to my wife and me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the crew or with the work they did! Even when we needed some things undone for insurance requirements, they didn’t hesitate a bit to comply with our needs. I know all jobs must come to an end but I really hated to see the crew finish up! I can recommend these guys to do a great job on any roof, and its unique challenges, wherever they work. Also, William stayed in touch with me for months while I was in the hospital and recovering from thoracic surgery. He was flexible about the timing of our job and compassionate with regards to my medical challenges!

I can't recommend this roofing company enough! I knew they were a family business with over 20 years of experience and did my homework before reaching out for a quote. When William came to talk to us, it was a great experience. Not only did he know his stuff, but his attention to detail was impressive. He learned the trade from his dad, who has been in the business for more than two decades. They have 4 crews that go through a year of supervised training to make sure they do things the proper way. Our crew was respectful and made sure they didn't inconvenience us while working. They did an excellent job, as evident in the final product.

Why did we choose them? We were happy with the quote we got and wanted to support a local, established business rather than a pop-up roofing company. Out of the four quotes we received, theirs was fair, and we felt very good about our decision to go with them. Unlike other companies that just want to make a quick buck from insurance, this team, from the owner to the crew, truly cares about their customers. Their dedication and expertise really show in their work. Ralph Carpenter Roofing is all about quality over quantity, making sure the job is done right. Ralph Carpenter Roofing has just completed replacing my shingle roof and I am very pleased with the completed job. I chose them because I knew they do quality work. They also replaced my roof in 2005 and I have had no issues from that job. They were also reasonable in their estimate and used the same quality shingles as a roofing company that was more expensive. I do not hesitate in recommending them to others. Thanks to Ralph and his son William for a speedy completion.

I recently had my roof replaced by Ralph Carpenter Roofing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I worked directly with William, Ralph’s son, and he made the whole process seamless from start to finish.

From the delivery of the dumpster to the roofing crew’s work and the final cleanup. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. William even helped me choose the perfect shingle color for my home, and I have to say, he picked beautifully! I trusted his recommendation completely, and I’m so glad I did.

What stood out the most, though, was how kind and personable William was. He stopped by a few times throughout the project, and each time we ended up chatting…not just about the roof, but about life in general. He was a total sweetheart and made what could have been a stressful home improvement project feel easy and even enjoyable.

My wife and I could not be any Happier with both the Professional and Personable experience we had when the re-roofing of our 35 year old home, with it being our third roof. His crew found so many mistakes caused by the poor quality of our 2nd re-roofing done after the Hurricanes of 2004, (which unfortunately destroyed our home)! After the new Quality roof was put in place, his crew did a very thorough clean up immediately on the completion day, our home not only looks Brand New, but we can also sleep soundly knowing we have a solid roof over our heads! Ralph Carpenter Roofing did a phenomenal job on my new roof replacement. The crew was great and cleaned up daily. I had done my research ahead of time, getting several estimates, but in the end, I chose Ralph Carpenter Roofing, a local, family-owned company. They also replaced a few roofs in the neighborhood, as well. You can see their trucks all over town. Next time you need a roof replacement, contact Ralph Carpenter Roofing! I turned in my wind medication report and receipt for the roof into my insurance company, and within 2 hours I got back a new premium with a $494 adjustment! Additionally, the wind mitigation was done by Jeff and Sons Services, home inspections. He did a thorough job climbing around in my attic getting all the pictures.

William arrived on time & provided a fair estimate to include a dead valley repair and a roof window replacement. He also explained what to expect during the re-roof process. We had some shingles blown off during Hurricane Milton. Most roofing companies won't call you back unless you need a roof replacement, but Ralph Carpenter did. Gave us our repair estimate and completed the repair, in a straightforward process. The crew was polite and professional. I will be needing our roof replaced in a couple of years, due to age, still no leak, but will definitely be calling them when the time comes. Two of our neighbors are planning to replace their roofs next year and I highly recommended them. They are there for you for the small repairs, they can definitely be trusted for the big ones. Ralph's team of roofers are awesome. We experience a tremendous amount of damage to our roof and stucco. Ralph thoroughly and efficiently got the work completed within a week. Cleanup was excellent.
